Overnewton Castle is excited to announce its Kids Easter event, taking place on Saturday April 1st. This fun-filled day will include a visit from the Easter Bunny, an Easter Bonnet Parade, a chance to guess how many eggs are in the jar, plaster painting and a High Tea.
General Admission: $55 per Kids & Adult/ $35 per child under 5yrs
The day will kick off with the arrival of the Easter Bunny who will be handing out eggs filled with goodies for all the kids. Afterwards, guests can take part in an exciting Bonnet Parade where children can show off their creative hats and costumes.
The festivities will also include a high tea for adults and children alike. Enjoy delicious treats such as scones with jam & cream, finger sandwiches and cakes while sipping on freshly brewed tea or coffee.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Guests can also have some friendly competition by guessing how many eggs are in the jar – with a special prize up for grabs for whoever gets closest! There’s also plaster painting available so that kids can express their creative side while making some unique decorations. To top things off, there will be a High Tea served at 12pm featuring delicious sandwiches, scones and tea cakes – sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters!
So, gather your friends and family for a day of fun at Overnewton Castle this Easter! Bring along your most creative bonnets for the parade, try your luck at guessing how many eggs are in the jar, paint some plaster pieces or just relax over high tea – whatever you choose to do it’s sure to be an enjoyable day out for all ages!
